Delayed graft function (DGF) due to tubule cell injury frequently complicates deceased
donor kidney transplants. We tested whether urinary neutrophil gelatinase-associated
lipocalin (NGAL) and interleukin-18 (IL-18) represent early biomarkers for DGF (defined as
